自1987年以来,我们相继采用亚显微和显微手术条件下进行抗青光眼术,效果良好,现报道如下。 一般资料:本组19例,男5例、女14例。共34眼,右16眼,左18眼,平均年龄51岁(30～75岁)。根据症状和体征诊断为原发性闭角型青光眼。其中急闭13例(67％),慢闭6例(33％)。全部病例至少一眼有高眼压史,在4kPa(30mmHg)以上,最高达7.9kPa(59mmHg)。其中10例为单眼高眼压,对侧眼眼压正常,都在2.66kPa(20mmHg)以下。经前房角镜检查显示不同程度窄角,高眼压眼均为Ⅲ级以上(Sheirs Since 1987, we have used sub-microsurgery and anti-glaucoma surgery under the conditions, the effect is good, are reported below.
