采用喷射成形技术制备了Al95Cu2Fe1Ni1Ce0.5Zr0.5合金材料,研究了该合金快速凝固组织的形成机制,并对沉积态及热挤压态材料的拉伸性能进行了测试.结果表明:喷射成形快速凝固技术显著地细化了合金组织.预成形毛坯组织的微观不均匀性使沉积态材料的综合力学性能降低;热挤压工艺可改善合金的均匀性,提高材料性能.
The Al95Cu2Fe1Ni1Ce0.5Zr0.5 alloy was prepared by injection molding. The formation mechanism of the rapidly solidified Al95Cu2Fe1Ni1Ce0.5Zr0.5 alloy was investigated. The tensile properties of the as-deposited and hot-extruded materials were also tested. The results show that the rapid solidification by injection molding can remarkably refine the alloy structure. The microscopic heterogeneity of the preforming blank structure reduces the comprehensive mechanical properties of the as-deposited material. The hot extrusion process can improve the uniformity of the alloy and improve the material properties.
