目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)及葡萄糖转运蛋白1(Glut-1)蛋白在基底细胞样乳腺癌(BLBC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测95例BLBC及其癌旁乳腺组织与708例非BLBC组织中HIF-1α及Glut-1蛋白的表达,分析两者表达与BLBC临床病理因素的关系。结果:HIF-1α及Glut-1蛋白在BLBC组织的阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织与非BLBC组织(均P<0.05),两种蛋白的表达呈明显正相关(r=0.368,P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α和Glut-1的表达在BLBC组织中同时升高,两者可能共同参与了BLBC的发生、发展,并可能作为评估BLBC患者预后的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) and glucose transporter 1 (Glut-1) protein in basal-like breast cancer (BLBC). Methods: The expressions of HIF-1α and Glut-1 protein in 95 cases of BLBC, adjacent non-cancerous breast tissues and 708 cases of non-BLBC tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between them and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of HIF-1α and Glut-1 protein in BLBC were significantly higher than those in adjacent non-cancerous tissues and non-BLBC tissues (all P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the two proteins (r = 0.368, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of HIF-1α and Glut-1 in BLBC may increase simultaneously. Both of them may participate in the occurrence and development of BLBC and may be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis of BLBC.
