本文采用和姜黄素比色法相同的浸提剂提取土壤有效硼，研究了用等离子体发射光谱测定土壤有效硼含量，该法简便、快速、准确干扰小，所得结果与姜黄素比色法一致。
In this paper, the same extracting agent as curcumin colorimetric method was used to extract available boron in soil. The available boron content in soil was determined by plasma emission spectrometry. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and the result is in good agreement with that of curcumin .
