随着卫生改革及医疗保险制度的建立和完善,医院管理方面面临着更加严峻的形势和挑战。近几年,在市场经济的体制下,医院再也无法忽视其置身医疗市场的现实情况,应该更加慎重的做出决策,认真地去学习经营管理;一切以病人的需求为依据,注意追求经营的效益问题;采取相关策略,开展高科技的新兴和适应技术,改善患者的就医环境,提高医护人员对患者的服务质量,医护人员还要提高技术水平和医疗质量。同时,医院还要重视抓好机遇实施改革、加强人才管理,努力适应新时代新形势的发展,走出了一条符合医院实际情况的具有自己特色的医院经营管理之路。
