每个学生都是矛盾的统一体,既有优点,又有缺点;既有积极的一面,又有消极的一面,教师的任务就是“长其善而救其失”。面对问题学生,班主任更要懂得抓住学生的思想脉搏,摸清学生的错误源流,掌握他们的犯错根源,明白事发的来龙去脉,针对实际,采取有利的措施,运用有效的方法,促进其思想的转化。作为一名教师我庆幸,庆幸我如园丁一般在每个幼苗成长的道路上洒下点点爱心,滋养、温润着每个孩子的心田,伴随他们在特殊的时期里经历风风雨雨。
