目的 :建立分子生物学检测方法研究雄激素受体 (ＡＲ)在正常人外周血白细胞ｍＲＮＡ表达。方法 :选择健康成年人 ,抽取静脉血 ,分离白细胞 ,采用异硫氰酸胍 -苯酚 -氯仿一步法抽提总ＲＮＡ ,分别采用Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ、ＲＴ -ＰＣＲ等方法检测ＡＲｍＲＮＡ的表达。结果
Objective: To establish a molecular biological test to study the expression of androgen receptor (AR) in peripheral blood leukocytes of normal people. Methods: The healthy adult were selected and venous blood was collected for leukocyte isolation. Total RNA was extracted by one-step method using guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol-chloroform.
