一、前言任何机械系统中,所有运动件通常都会产生磨损细屑。由于机械故障的作用,这种细屑将不断增多。如果不注意或不检查,任此过程继续,则磨损细屑的产生速度可能会大大增加。这个事实已经被英国煤矿成功地用于离机监测。办法是从齿轮箱中人工取油样并进行试验分析。然而,更好的办法是在关键位置上永久性地装一个传感器,传送连续信号给监测站,从而提供精确的实时铁屑趋向显示,并且完全自动,不会有延时,也不需要人工处理。
I. INTRODUCTION In any mechanical system, all moving parts usually produce frayed debris. Due to mechanical failure, the amount of fines will increase. If you do not pay attention or do not check, if this process continues, then the rate of wear debris may be greatly increased. This fact has been successfully used by British coal mines for off-board monitoring. The solution is to take the oil sample from the gear box and conduct the test analysis. However, it would be better to have a permanent sensor at a critical location, sending a continuous signal to the monitoring station, providing accurate real-time iron filings trends and being fully automated with no delays and no human intervention .
