随着社会经济的发展,近年来慢性非传染性疾病的发病率、死亡率不断上升,特别是心脑血管病的流行趋势更引起诸多学者的重视。贵阳市社区以高血压为例,15岁以上高血压患病率达23.42%,同时高危人群占16.18%,远远高于1991年全国高血压抽样调查结果,患病率为13.49%。根据1996~1998年贵阳市云岩区前十位死因位次及1996~2000年全国慢性非传染病社区综合防治24个示范点之一的贵阳市黔灵镇社区基线调查的死因位次表明,心脑血管病均占首位。膳食营养情况与心脑血管病的发生有着密切的关系,传统膳食习惯中的不健康因素是导致发病的主要危险因素之一。为了解贵阳市社区人群膳食营养情况,我们于2001年4月在贵阳市黔灵镇社区(全国慢性非传染病社
With the socio-economic development, the incidence and mortality of chronic non-communicable diseases have been on the rise in recent years. In particular, the epidemic trend of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has drawn more attention from many scholars. The prevalence of hypertension in Guiyang community is 23.42% for hypertension over 15 years old and 16.18% for high-risk groups, which is much higher than that of the national sample survey of hypertension in 1991, with a prevalence of 13.49%. According to the rankings of the top ten causes of death in Yunyan District from 1996 to 1998 and the one of 24 demonstration sites for chronic non-communicable diseases in China from 1996 to 2000, Cardiovascular disease are the top.
