辽河油田洼79井区难采储量动用技术研究与应用

辽河油田洼79井区储层发育不稳定,砂体规模小,油藏埋藏深,油层薄,岩性细,加之直井开发中存在注汽压力高,吞吐周期短,油层出砂严重,检泵周期短等因素,导致储量难采。利用储层评价技术开展区块精细油藏描述,落实剩余储量富集区。在此基础上,对区块油井的注汽规律、生产规律进行评价,同时寻找适宜的开采技术。运用油藏工程方法开展水平井动用可行性研究,并采用配套的钻采工艺技术,设计水平井整体替代直井进行二次开发的方案。预计洼79井区利用水平井二次开发后,井区日产油能力达到80t以上,采收率可提高7.3%,增加可采储量10.2×104t。实践表明,水平井既可有效抑制油井出砂、改善注汽效果,又可发挥泄油面积大的优势,提高主力砂体动用程度;合理优化钻采工艺可有效提高油层钻遇率,利用多点注汽方式能提高热利用效率,实现难采储量的有效开发。 The well of Well L79 in Liaohe Oilfield has unstable reservoir development, small scale of sand body, deep buried oil reservoir, thin oil layer and fine lithology. In addition, there is high pressure of steam injection, short cycle of stimulation and serious sand production in vertical well development. Short cycle and other factors, leading to difficult to adopt the reserves. Using reservoir evaluation techniques to carry out detailed reservoir description of the block and implement the remaining reserves. On this basis, the rules of steam injection and production of block wells are evaluated, meanwhile, the suitable mining technology is searched. The reservoir engineering method is used to carry out the feasibility study of horizontal well utilization, and the supporting drilling technology is used to design the secondary well as an alternative to horizontal well as a whole. It is estimated that after secondary development of horizontal wells using well 79, the oil production capacity of wells in well area will reach over 80t, the recovery rate will increase by 7.3% and the recoverable reserves will increase by 10.2 × 104t. Practice shows that horizontal well can not only effectively restrain oil sand production, improve steam injection effect, but also exert the advantages of large drainage area and increase the degree of utilization of main sand body. Rationally optimizing drilling technology can effectively improve the drilling rate, Point steam injection method can improve the efficiency of thermal utilization, to achieve an effective exploitation of recoverable reserves.
