本文从研究碳化钨钢结硬质合金(以下简称为DT合金)的断口形貌入手,研究组织缺陷对合金性能的影响。并根据显微组织和断裂源的特征,提出改进合金性能的方法,实践证实了这些方法的效果。
In this paper, starting from the study of fracture morphology of tungsten carbide bonded carbide (hereinafter referred to as DT alloy), the effect of microstructure defects on the properties of the alloy was studied. According to the characteristics of the microstructure and the source of the fracture, the methods of improving the properties of the alloy are proposed, and the results of these methods are confirmed.
