目前,我国企业职工与机关事业单位工作人员的养老金存在很大的差距,并且呈现日益扩大的趋势,现行的提议都是对机关事业单位的养老保险制度进行改革,但是成效并不显著,本文通过对企业和公职人员的养老保险制度初步探索,提出鉴于社会保障的刚性特征,不宜对机关事业单位进行改革,积极探索提高企业职工养老保险待遇的可行性分析路径。
At present, there is a large gap between the pensions of the staff and workers of institutions in our country and those of government agencies and institutions, and there is a growing trend. The current proposals are to reform the pension insurance system of institutions and public institutions, but the results are not significant. Through the initial exploration of the pension insurance system for enterprises and public officials, it is suggested that in view of the rigid characteristics of social security, it is not appropriate to reform institutions and public institutions and to actively explore ways to improve the feasibility of pension insurance for workers.
