[目的]观察牛磺酸对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化组织中Ⅲ型胶原ColⅢ的影响及其发生机制。[方法]采用CCl4分组诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察牛磺酸对血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)以及组织中ColⅢ、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的影响。[结果]牛磺酸能减少TGFβ1的表达[(33±13)%→(20±6)%,P<0.01],降低血清PCⅢ[(33±14)g/L→(19±8)g/L,P<0.01]及组织ColⅢ[(28±15)%→(18±5)%,P<0.01]水平。[结论]牛磺酸具有减少组织ColⅢ而减轻肝纤维化程度的作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect and mechanism of taurine on Col Ⅲ collagen Ⅲ induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in rat hepatic fibrosis tissue. [Method] The model of hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4 was induced to observe the effect of taurine on the expression of type Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ) and the expression of Col Ⅲ and transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) in tissues. [Result] Taurine decreased the expression of TGFβ1 [(33 ± 13)% → (20 ± 6)%, P <0.01] /L,P<0.01] and tissue ColⅢ [(28 ± 15)% → (18 ± 5)%, P <0.01]. [Conclusion] Taurine has the effect of reducing the tissue Col Ⅲ and reducing the degree of hepatic fibrosis.
