从安全管理、成本控制、进度控制、质量控制和信息管理5个方面总结归纳工程量统计等18项影响指标,构建工程项目施工过程BIM应用能力5A评价指标体系;将多层次熵权法与物元分析法相结合,建立应用能力评价模型。对哈尔滨太平机场T2航站楼工程进行实证分析,结果表明该评价模型具有较强的适用性,BIM在成本和进度控制方面应用能力强。
