茶氨酸是茶叶特有的1种氨基酸,是绿茶中有效的呈味物质,含量直接决定茶叶的品质。根据国内外已有的研究成果对茶氨酸的生理作用做一全面综述,并对其与运动的关系做一简要评述。其生理作用有降低血压、抗肿瘤、提高学习和记忆能力、放松、神经保护、抗疲劳、减轻体脂、免疫。茶氨酸是1种十分安全的、无毒的食品添加剂,可以提高运动能力,加速运动后疲劳的恢复,因此,可考虑将茶氨酸作为运动饮料的添加剂。
Theanine is one kind of amino acid which is unique to tea and is an effective taste substance in green tea. The content directly determines the quality of tea. According to the existing research results both at home and abroad, the physiological effects of theanine are comprehensively reviewed, and a brief review on its relationship with exercise is given. Its physiological role of lower blood pressure, anti-tumor, improve learning and memory, relaxation, neuroprotection, anti-fatigue, reduce body fat, immune. Theanine is a very safe, non-toxic food additive that improves athletic performance and accelerates post-exercise fatigue recovery, so theanine can be considered as an additive to sports drinks.
