[目的 ]通过青黛颗粒对正常小鼠小肠推进运动功能和对新斯的明所致小鼠小肠运动功能亢进作用的影响 ,探讨该药对小肠运动功能的作用机制。 [方法 ]第 1批小鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为空白对照组 ,青黛高、中、低剂量组 ,阳性对照药组 ,每组 10只。连续给药 3d ,第 4天给予含 5 0 %墨汁的 0 .85 %氯化钠溶液灌胃 ,灌胃后 7min脱颈椎处死 ,取出小肠 ,计算墨汁推进率。第 2批小鼠 6 0只 ,随机分为空白对照组 ,模型对照组 ,青黛高、中、低剂量组 ,阳性对照药组 ,每组 10只。连续给药 4d ,禁食 16h后 ,末次给药 30min后 ,除空白对照组外均灌胃给予新斯的明。10min后给予含 5 0 %墨汁的 0 .85 %氯化钠灌胃 ,灌胃后 5min处死小鼠 ,测量小肠墨汁推进长度 ,计算推进率。[结果 ]两批小鼠青黛高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照药组的墨汁推进长度受到抑制 ,与空白对照组比较 ,均P <0 .0 1。 [结论 ]青黛颗粒对正常小鼠小肠推进运动和新斯的明所致小肠运动亢进有显著抑制作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Qingqi Granules on the small intestine advancing function of normal mice and the effect of neostigmine on the small intestine motor function in mice. [Methods] The first group of 50 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, high-, middle-, and low-dose barley group and positive control group, 10 in each group. After continuous administration for 3 days, on the 4th day, a 0.5% sodium chloride solution containing 50% ink was administered to the stomach, and the cervical vertebrae were sacrificed 7 minutes after intragastric administration, and the small intestine was removed to calculate the ink advancing rate. Sixty mice in the second batch were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, high-, medium-, and low-dose barley group, and positive control group, with 10 mice in each group. After continuous dosing for 4 days, after fasting for 16 hours, 30 minutes after the last administration, neostigmine was administered by gavage except for the blank control group. After 10 minutes, 0.58% sodium chloride containing 50% ink was administered to the stomach, and the mice were sacrificed 5 minutes after intragastric administration. The advancing length of the small intestine ink was measured and the advancing rate was calculated. [Results] The ink advancing length of the two batches of high-, medium-, low-dose and positive control mice of the indigo indica was inhibited, and compared with the blank control group, both P<0.01. [Conclusion] Qingxi granules have significant inhibitory effect on the small intestine advancing movement of normal mice and the small intestinal hypermotility caused by neostigmine.
