以端羧基液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN)和环氧树脂(ER)为原料,三苯基膦作为催化剂,在真空密封条件下制备了ER-CTBN聚合物。运用FT-IR、1 H-NMR、GPC和TGA等方法表征了聚合物的结构。结果表明,环氧树脂的环氧基团开环和CTBN中的-COOH发生反应生成酯键,形成了一种新的聚合物,并阐明了聚合反应的反应历程。此聚合物能被作为共聚甲醛(POM)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混的一种新型增容剂,以达到增强POM和NBR相容性的目的。
ER-CTBN polymers were prepared under vacuum-sealed condition using terminal carboxyl liquid nitrile butadiene rubber (CTBN) and epoxy resin (ER) as raw materials and triphenylphosphine as catalyst. The structure of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR, 1 H-NMR, GPC and TGA. The results show that the ring opening of the epoxy resin and -COOH in the CTBN react to form ester bonds, forming a new polymer and clarifying the reaction process of the polymerization reaction. This polymer can be used as a new compatibilizer for the copolymerization of POM and NBR to achieve the compatibility of POM and NBR.
