本文对外交微生物Aspergilusniger抑制菱镁矿是渣中的菱镁矿的效果进行了评述.试验研究了Aspergillusniger作用在菱镁矿尾渣中各矿物表面上的活性.试验还考查了微量浮选试验中油酸钠的吸附情况,并对此进行了红外光谱的检测.试验结果表明使用选择性好的氨基酸(精氨酸、氨羧丙氨酸、蛋氨酸)和有机酸盐(柠檬酸钾和乙二酸钾)能获得良好的抑制效果.文中还讨论了调整剂和油酸钠的竞争吸附机理.
This article reviews the effect of Aspergilus niger, a foreign diploma, on the inhibition of magnesite from the magnesite in slag. The activity of Aspergillus niger on the mineral surfaces of the magnesite tailings was investigated experimentally. The test also examined the adsorption of sodium oleate in the trace flotation test, and the infrared spectroscopy was carried out. The test results show that good inhibitory effect can be obtained by using the well-selected amino acids (arginine, carboxamino acid, methionine) and organic acid salts (potassium citrate and potassium oxalate). The paper also discusses the mechanism of competitive adsorption of regulator and sodium oleate.
