以往内燃动车每运行25万km后,柴油机要从车上拆下来进行解体检修。利用新开发的柴油机性能试验装置,在内燃动车“要部检修”时,可不必将柴油机从车体上拆卸下来,即可在非解体状态下对某油机进行性能检测。文中介绍了新试验装置的工作原理及功能。该试验装置具有结构简单、测量精度高的特点。使用此种装置可大幅度降低检修成本。
In the past, every 200,000 km of internal combustion diesel vehicles, the diesel engine was removed from the vehicle for dismantling and overhauling. With the newly developed diesel engine performance test device, it is not necessary to disassemble the diesel engine from the vehicle body during the “maintenance of the main part” of the internal combustion diesel engine, so that the performance test of an oil engine can be carried out in the non-disassembled state. The paper introduces the working principle and function of the new test device. The test device has the advantages of simple structure and high measurement accuracy. Use of such devices can significantly reduce maintenance costs.
