近年来“野广告”出现在城市大街小巷的电线杆、墙壁、标志牌、地面、社区和小区布告栏,无孔不入,因其难治理,易反复,被形象地称为“城市牛皮癣”。“野广告”严重影响了城市容貌,扰乱了市民的生活秩序,背离了城市文明。在管理上始终难以摆脱整治—回潮—再整治—再回潮的怪圈。本文想通过对“野广告”的现状、成因,治理途径的分析,试图找到解决“野广告”泛滥的办法。
