随着石油化学工业的迅速发展,我国采用了以丙烯为原料合成环氧氯丙烷、生产甘油和环氧树脂的新工艺,大大节约了天然油脂及粮食。由于社会主义的建设需要,甘油的用量日益增大,环氧氯丙烷的生产规模不断扩大,产量也逐年增加。在环氧氯丙烷的生产过程中,存在氯丙烯、环氧氯丙烷、二氯丙醇、三氯丙烷等多种危害工人身体健康的毒物,因此防治职业危害是当前急待解决的问题。
With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry, China has adopted a new process for the synthesis of epichlorohydrin from propylene as a raw material to produce glycerin and epoxy resin, which has greatly saved natural oil and grain. Due to the need of building socialism, the use of glycerin is increasing day by day, the scale of production of epichlorohydrin is constantly expanding, and the output is also increasing year by year. Epichlorohydrin in the production process, there are aldehydes such as allyl chloride, epichlorohydrin, dichlorohydrin, trichloropropane and other hazards endanger the health of workers, so the prevention and control of occupational hazards is the immediate problem to be solved.
