为了揭示苎麻基因型之间胶质及其组分的时空变化规律 ,促进苎麻高产优质低胶育种与栽培 ,对 2 5个苎麻品种不同季别、不同部位的原麻胶质含量及其组分的测定结果表明 ,苎麻胶质及其组分存在明显的时空差异 .不同季别的总胶质、果胶质、半纤维素的含量均以头麻最高 ,二麻次之 ,三麻最低 ;水溶物、木质素的含量大小恰好相反 .不同部位的总胶质、水溶物、果胶质、半纤维素的含量均以梢部最高 ,基部次之 ,中部最低 ;木质素的含量则以基部最高 ,中部次之 ,梢部最低 .苎麻胶质及其组分时空差异的大小又因品种而异 :苎麻总胶质以竹子麻、大庸黄壳麻、青壳麻、四川珙县圆麻、湘潭大叶白的变异较大 ,达 4.19%~ 5 .95 % ,沅江白里子青、湘苎三号等 6个品种的变异幅度较小 ,在 1.0 0 %~ 1.99%之间
