为了探究倾斜基体激光熔覆中基体表面能量的分布规律,利用米氏散射理论法建立了倾斜基体表面上的激光功率密度分布的数学模型,以及激光功率密度峰值和峰值偏移量的数学模型。结果表明,随着倾斜角度的增加,激光功率密度会逐渐减小,并且减小幅度逐渐增大;激光功率密度峰值会发生偏移,偏移量也随着倾斜角度的增加而增加,且幅度逐渐增大。用试验对模拟结果进行验证,获得的规律是一致的。
