目的:研究抗毒补心胶囊对急性心肌缺血模型大鼠的心肌保护作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:Wistar大鼠72只,随机分成假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组、抗毒补心胶囊低,中,高剂量含生药0.4,0.8,1.6 g.kg-1组,连续预防口服给药14d,采用冠状动脉结扎制备急性心肌缺血大鼠模型,观察抗毒补心胶囊对模型大鼠血清中肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果:抗毒补心胶囊能明显降低心肌缺血模型大鼠血清中CK,LDH活性和MDA含量以及明显提高血清中SOD活性。结论:抗毒补心胶囊对冠状动脉结扎制备的心肌缺血大鼠模型有较好的心肌保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effects of Kangdu Buxin Capsule on acute myocardial ischemia in rats and its mechanism of action. Methods: Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, positive control group, low, medium and high doses of traditional Chinese medicine 0.4,0.8,1.6 g.kg-1 At the 14th day after drug administration, the acute myocardial ischemia rat model was established by ligation of coronary artery. The effects of Kangdu Buxin Capsule on serum creatine phosphokinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialdehyde (MDA) , Superoxide dismutase (SOD) effects. Results: Kangdu Buxin Capsule can significantly reduce serum CK, LDH activity and MDA content in myocardial ischemia model rats as well as significantly increase SOD activity in serum. Conclusion: Kangdu Buxin Capsule has good myocardial protective effect on myocardial ischemia rat model prepared by ligation of coronary artery.
