为适应我国农网和城网的配电系统改造中对真空负荷开关的需要,浙江省冶金研究院以独特的高温烧结-熔渗工艺,于2001年研制出真空负荷开关上用的 WCu10触头材料,其各项性能指标处于国内领先水平,并实现了大批量供货。WCu10触头材料的研制成功,不仅使该院的触头材料产品进一步系列化,而且在难熔金属的熔渗工艺方面积累了许多宝贵的经验。
In order to meet the needs of the vacuum load switch in the transformation of the distribution system of China’s rural and urban networks, Zhejiang Metallurgical Research Institute developed a WCu10 contact for vacuum load switches in 2001 with a unique high-temperature sintering-infiltration process. In terms of materials, its performance indicators are at the leading level in the country and high-volume supply has been realized. The successful development of WCu10 contact materials has not only further serialized the contact material products of the hospital, but also accumulated valuable experience in the infiltration process of refractory metals.
