本文报告糖尿病性眼肌麻痹3例,介绍如下。例1 张某男41岁复视、头昏3天。1989年4月28日就诊。既往史曾患慢性胃炎。心肺正常,血压15/12Kpa。两眼视力均为5.2。双眼无明显斜视。经复象检查发现右眼外直肌不全麻痹。头颅拍X 线片无异常改变。肌注B 族维生素,口服ATP 和激素。3周后,复视未减轻。追问病史,近半年消瘦,无口干、多饮。尿糖测定+,空腹血糖测定156mg%。诊断:右眼糖 This article reports 3 cases of diabetic ophthalmoplegia, described below.
