目的:观察补肾强筋胶囊对人工膝关节置换术后患者血清中核因子-κB受体活化因子配基(RANKL)、骨保护素(OPG)浓度及RANKL/OPG的影响。方法:将52例人工膝关节置换术(TKA)患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,通过对患者术前及术后2周、3个月及6个月血清中RANKL及OPG浓度的测定,计算RANKL/OPG值并记录其数值并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组患者治疗后3个月及6个月时血清中RANKL浓度值高于对照组(P<0.05),术后3个月OPG浓度值低于对照组(P<0.05),术后6个月与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后2周两组OPG、RANKL比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月、6个月比值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾强筋胶囊可提高人工膝关节置换术后患者RANKL及RANKL/OPG值。
Objective: To observe the effects of Bushenqiangjin capsule on the levels of RANKL, OPG and RANKL / OPG in the serum of patients after artificial knee arthroplasty. Methods: Totally 52 patients undergoing knee arthroplasty (TKA) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The levels of RANKL and OPG in serum were determined before and 2 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after operation. RANKL / OPG values were calculated and their values recorded and statistically analyzed. Results: The levels of RANKL in serum of patients in treatment group were higher than those in control group at 3 months and 6 months (P <0.05), and the levels of OPG in 3 months after operation were lower than those in control group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in OPG and RANKL ratio between the two groups at 2 weeks after surgery (P> 0.05), at 3 months and 6 months after operation Monthly ratio, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bushenqiangjin capsule can improve the RANKL and RANKL / OPG in patients after artificial knee arthroplasty.
