研究骨代谢是研究骨代谢疾病的关键。近年来,在关于骨代谢影响因素的研究中,涉及铁代谢指标的研究报道越来越多,很多研究结论提示骨代谢与铁代谢有相关性。高铁环境中成骨细胞生物活性指标(细胞增殖、碱性磷酸酶活性、钙结节)均受到抑制,成骨细胞凋亡增加;而低铁环境使成骨细胞碱性磷酸酶活性增加,上调成骨细胞Ⅰ型胶原、骨钙素及骨保护蛋白mRAN的表达。铁调素作为一种调节体内铁稳态的肽类激素,也对成骨细胞的生物活性有着显著影响。因此本文就骨代谢与铁代谢的相关研究进展综述如下。

Hepcidin, a peptide hormone that regulates iron homeostasis in the body, also has a significant effect on the biological activity of osteoblasts. Therefore, this article reviews the progress of bone metabolism and iron metabolism are summarized below.
