目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定安神益智胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2 C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶水∶甲酸(40∶60∶1),检测波长:286 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;进样量:10μl。结果:丹酚酸B在7.75~77.51μg·ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为98.17%,RSD为1.79%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为控制安神益智胶囊质量的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Anshen Yizhi Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2 C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol: water: formic acid (40:60:1), the detection wavelength was 286 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- Injection volume: 10μl. Results: The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 7.75 ~ 77.51μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 6, the average recovery was 98.17% and the RSD was 1.79% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used as a method to control the quality of Anshen Yizhi Capsule.
