目的 :用RP HPLC法同时测定小儿麻黄碱苯海拉明合剂中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法 :采用C18色谱柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .0 2mol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠溶液 三乙胺 (5 2∶4 8∶0 .1) ,用磷酸调 pH3.5 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸苯海拉明的线性范围分别为 (0 .5 0 0 8～ 5 .0 0 8μg和0 .5 0 32～ 5 .0 32 ) μg ,平均回收率分别为99.6 % (RSD=0 .8% )和 10 0 .2 % (RSD =1.0 % ) (n =6 )。结论 :该法可同时测定合剂中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸苯海拉明的含量
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride in ephedrine diphenhydramine hydrochloride mixture by RP-HPLC. Methods: C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1 sodium dodecyl sulfate solution triethylamine (5: 2: 4: 8: 1) Wavelength 2 5 4nm. Results: The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride were (0 .808 ~ 5.080 μg and 0.532 ~ 5.302) μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.6% (RSD = 0.8%) and 100.2% (RSD = 1.0%) (n = 6).
