采用集落形成试验,测定五种人肝癌细胞系的药物敏感性。结果表明,这些细胞系对药物明显抗拒,对ADM、5-Fu、DDP和MEL的敏感性依次降低。各系细胞对PYM均较敏感。与ADM显然不同,PYM对慢增殖细胞具有更强的杀伤作用。该组细胞系似可用于抗肝癌药物的筛选。
Colony formation assays were used to determine the drug sensitivity of five human hepatoma cell lines. The results showed that these cell lines were significantly resistant to drugs, and their sensitivity to ADM, 5-Fu, DDP and MEL were successively reduced. Each line of cells are more sensitive to PYM. Obviously different from ADM, PYM has a stronger killing effect on slow proliferating cells. This group of cell lines can be used for screening of drugs against liver cancer.
