目的 :量化探讨单种群杆菌简单波动生长的过程 ,定量认识单种群杆菌产生简单波动的原因。方法 :以奇异变形杆菌为研究对象 ,以生物实验研究方法和数学演绎推理二者结合进行讨论。结果 :在经典Logistic模型基础上 ,得到描述单种群杆菌简单波动生长的推广Logistic模型。结论 :该模型及解定量直观地反映了细菌增殖 -扩散 -增殖的自组织过程。
OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively investigate the simple fluctuation growth of single species of bacterium and to understand the reasons for the simple fluctuation of single species of bacterium. Methods: Proteus mirabilis was used as the research object, and the combination of biological experimental research method and mathematical deductive reasoning was discussed. Results: Based on the classical Logistic model, a generalized Logistic model describing the simple fluctuating growth of single species of bacterium was obtained. Conclusion: The model and solution quantification reflect the self-organization process of proliferation, proliferation and proliferation of bacteria.
