随着生活水平的提高,人们都越来越关注自己的健康。随着科技的发达,家用体脂分析仪、耳温枪、运动手环、血压计等测量设备层出不穷,测量越来越方便,但测量后很少去对其结果进一步的进行分析,本文通过对体脂、运动、血压、体温的分析,运用独特的分析方法,从另一种角度给出了膳食、运动、作息方面的建议。得出只有对测量的生理数据作进一步的分析才使家庭监护具有真正的意义的结论。
