为进一步探讨蛋白尿的治疗方法,近两年我们采用上海黄河制药厂产异搏定(Verapami)和上海信谊制药厂产硫酸锌(Ztncisulfas)治疗35例肾脏病所致大量蛋白尿,收到令人满意的疗效。 1 用药方法:在用药前必须先作心电图,如无预激综合征,传导阻滞,Q～T间期延长及心动过缓对用异搏定40mg,硫酸锌50～75mg,每日三次口服,水肿明显者加用利尿剂及扩血管药物治疗,待症状减轻,水肿消退,尿蛋白转阴或明显减少,减量维持1～2月。如果用药大于2月尿蛋白无减少者则无效。
