以白三叶新品系‘Z005’为试材,研究了不同浓度(0、20、40、80、120、160、200mmol/L)碱性盐溶液(NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3)对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度胁迫(≤20mmol/L)提高白三叶种子的萌发能力、促进幼苗生长,而高浓度(>40mmol/L)则表现为抑制作用。当溶液浓度大于80mmol/L,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、苗高和根长均极显著低于对照(P<0.01)。白三叶种子萌发适宜的碱性盐溶液浓度应小于94.50mmol/L。碱性盐溶液对白三叶根生长的抑制作用强于对苗的抑制作用。
A new white clover line ’Z005’ was used as experimental material to study the effect of different concentrations (0, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200mmol / L) of alkaline salt solution (NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3) And seedling growth. The results showed that low concentration of stress (≤20mmol / L) increased seed germination and seedling growth of white clover, while high concentration (> 40mmol / L) showed inhibitory effect.
