通过金相及SEM 等手段,分析了某重型汽车45 钢曲轴早期失效断口,认为冶金夹杂物的超标、偏聚及表面淬火硬度不均匀是引起该轴早期断裂的主要原因。
By means of metallography and SEM, the early failure fracture of 45 steel crankshaft of a heavy truck was analyzed. It is considered that the excessive inclusion of metallurgical inclusions, the segregation of the metallurgical inclusions and the unevenness of surface hardening hardness are the main causes of the early fracture of the shaft.
