目的:评价局部正畸联合微螺钉支抗在咬合不足伴邻牙倾斜牙列缺损中解决种植区域修复空间的疗效。方法:采用局部正畸法,以种植体微螺钉及邻牙做支抗,达到较为理想的种植体上部结构的修复空间。结果:种植微螺钉联合局部正畸法有效缩短了治疗时间,压低对颌牙,竖直倾斜邻牙。结论:局部正畸联合微螺钉支抗能承担垂直向的支抗力,安全实现磨牙的绝对压低以及倾斜邻牙的竖直,为缺失牙修复提供了足够的义齿修复空间。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of local orthodontics combined with micro-screw anchoring in resolving the repair space of implanting area in the occlusion with insufficient occlusion of the adjacent teeth. Methods: Using local orthodontic method, using implant micro-screw and adjacent tooth as anchorage, the ideal repair space of the implant superstructure was achieved. Results: Implantation of micro-screw combined with local orthodontic method effectively shortened the treatment time, lowered the maxillary teeth and vertically tilted the adjacent teeth. CONCLUSION: Local orthodontic joint micro-screw support can bear the vertical force, achieve the absolute reduction of molar and tilt orthodontic tooth orthodontic, and provide adequate denture repair space for missing tooth repair.
