加强组织文化建设是促进其更好发展的良策。组织文化建设的价值功能主要体现在策划与引导、渗透与影响、升华与完善等方面。农村社会组织文化建设不足带来的弊端主要表现为:组织规模小,结构松散,发展迟缓;主体参与不足,预期目标难以实现;公益性与服务性欠缺,利益表达渠道不畅。加强农村社会组织文化建设的路径选择是:培育组织成员共同价值观,注重组织文化理念的形成,提高组织成员参与的自觉性和构筑个性化组织文化氛围。
Strengthening organizational culture is a good strategy to promote its better development. The value of organizational culture is mainly reflected in the planning and guidance, infiltration and influence, sublimation and improvement and so on. The shortcomings brought by the lack of cultural construction in rural social organizations are mainly manifested in the following problems: small-scale organization, loose structure and slow development; lack of participation by the main body and the unrealistic realization of the target; lack of public welfare and service and poor channels for expressing interests. The path choice to strengthen cultural construction of rural social organizations is to foster the common values of the members of the organization, pay attention to the formation of the concept of organizational culture, improve the consciousness of the members of the organization and construct the cultural atmosphere of individual organization.
