张湾水库由于大坝病险,水库常年低水位运行,现状溢洪道长时间未整修利用,被封堵失效。本次除险加固结合水库现状,通过调整工程规模、重新调洪计算,采用原溢洪道重建、原输水洞由无压改为有压方案和新开泄洪洞进行方案比选,结合工程实际,选择原输水洞由无压改为有压方案解决了占地、投资、外部协调等问题,确保工程的顺利实施。
Zhangwan Reservoir due to the risk of dams, reservoirs running at low water levels throughout the year, the status quo spillway without renovation for a long time, was blocked failure. According to the current status quo of reinforcement and reservoir consolidation, the scale of the project, the flood control calculation, the reconstruction of the original spillway, the replacement of the original water conveyance tunnel from pressure-free scheme to new pressure-releasing scheme and the selection of new flood discharging tunnels will be carried out. Based on the actual project conditions, Select the original water hole from no pressure to pressure solution to solve the problem of land occupation, investment and external coordination to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
