目的 :探讨基于二维超声和三维超声联合应用对产前胎儿畸形诊断的效果及价值。方法 :选取120例被二维超声筛查疑似胎儿畸形的孕妇接受二维和三维超声联合检查,对比单纯性二维超声检查,依据孕妇引产后和胎儿出生后的回访结果,分析及评价二维超声和三维超声联合应用在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的价值。结果 :二维超声和三维超声联合筛查出胎儿体表畸形的准确率高于单纯性的二维超声筛查准确率,差异具有统计学意义;两种筛查方法对非体表畸形筛查的准确率无可比性,差异无统计学意义。结论二维超声和三维超声联合应用在产前胎儿畸形筛查能提高产前胎儿畸形筛查的准确率,是单纯性二维超声诊断方法的重要补充。
Objective: To investigate the effect and value of combined application of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal malformations. Methods: A total of 120 pregnant women who were suspected of fetal malformation by two-dimensional ultrasonography were enrolled in this study. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonography combined with two-dimensional ultrasonography was performed. According to the results of postnatal and postnatal visits, The Value of Combined Ultrasound and Three Dimensional Ultrasound in Prenatal Fetal Malformation Screening. Results: The accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound in screening fetal surface deformity was higher than the simple two-dimensional ultrasound screening accuracy, the difference was statistically significant; two screening methods for non-surface deformity screening The accuracy is not comparable, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The combined application of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal screening for fetal malformations can improve the accuracy of prenatal screening for fetal malformations. It is an important supplement to the simple two-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis method.
