组织跨界知识搜寻(以下简称跨界搜寻)既是创新管理、战略管理、知识管理等研究领域的交叉研究热点,又在开放式创新情境下具有重要的现实意义。本文对跨界搜寻的已有研究进行了回顾,首先系统阐述了跨界搜寻的理论基础、概念内涵和维度划分等问题,在详细探讨跨界搜寻的前因、结果、情境因素和相关变量测量等问题的基础上,构建了一个跨界搜寻的整合研究框架,最后对该领域未来研究进行了简要展望。
Organizational cross-border knowledge search (hereinafter referred to as cross-border search) is not only a hot topic of cross-cutting research in such fields as innovation management, strategic management and knowledge management, but also has important practical significance in the context of open innovation. This paper reviews the existing research on cross-border search. Firstly, it elaborates on the theoretical basis, concept connotation and dimension division of cross-border search systematically. It discusses in detail the antecedents, results, situational factors and related variable measurement of cross-border search On the basis of these issues, this paper constructs an integrated research framework for cross-border search, and finally gives a brief overview of the future research in this field.
