用双流模型研究磁性金属一金属型颗粒膜(Fe-Ag,Co-Ag)中巨磁电阻(GMR)极大值特性结果表明,磁性颗粒内杂质原子之间的相位相干,对磁电阻极大值的产生有重要影响这种相位相干与外场磁化的综合作用使颗粒膜巨磁电阻的尺寸关系表现出非单调的特征,井用该模型计算和讨论了巨磁电阻的其它性质,结果与实验符合较好
The dual-flow model is used to study the maximum GMR magnetism in a metal-metal granular film (Fe-Ag, Co-Ag). The results show that the phases of the impurity atoms in the magnetic particle are coherent, The combined effect of phase coherence and field magnetization makes the size dependence of the giant magnetoresistance of the granular film nonmonotonic.
