首先采用三维CAD软件Pro/E创建圆管带式输送机传动滚筒模型,然后将模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中对其进行静力分析,得到传动滚筒的受力和变形情况。根据有限元分析计算结果,分别通过减小滚筒筒皮厚度与在滚筒内增设加强环结构,对滚筒的结构尺寸进行了优化,经反复建模验算后,最终得到较满意的优化设计结果,为滚筒的设计提供一个理论基础。
Firstly, a three-dimensional CAD software Pro / E was used to create the drive roller model of the circular tube belt conveyor, and then the model was imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to perform static analysis to obtain the stress and deformation of the drive roller. According to the results of finite element analysis, the structural dimensions of the drum are optimized by reducing the thickness of the drum shell and adding the reinforcing ring structure in the drum respectively. After repeated modeling and checking, the optimal design results are obtained. The drum design provides a theoretical basis.
