为改善我国煤矿工人工作倦怠水平,基于心理资本理论,探索矿工心理资本对工作倦怠的影响。以陕西省2大国有煤矿的228名矿工为研究对象,利用心理资本量表PCQ-24和工作倦怠量表MBI-GS进行测量。运用SPSS21.0软件进行信度和效度分析以及相关性分析,并采用多元回归分析法研究矿工心理资本对工作倦怠的影响。结果表明:心理资本量表PCQ-24和工作倦怠量表MBI-GS在矿工群体中具有一定的适用性;矿工心理资本和工作倦怠各个维度之间均具有较强的相关关系;矿工心理资本的自我效能、希望、韧性和乐观4个维度分别与工作倦怠的情绪耗竭、玩世不恭和个人成就感低落3个维度呈显著负相关关系。提高矿工心理资本水平能够有效减少工作倦怠的产生。
In order to improve the burnout level of coal miners in our country, this paper explores the influence of miners psychological capital on job burnout based on the theory of psychological capital. 228 miners in the two largest state-owned coal mines in Shaanxi Province were selected as the research objects and measured using the Psychological Capital Scale PCQ-24 and the Job Burnout Scale MBI-GS. Reliability and validity analysis and correlation analysis were carried out by SPSS 21.0 software, and multivariate regression analysis was used to study the impact of miners’ psychological capital on job burnout. The results show that: the psychological capital scale PCQ-24 and the burnout scale MBI-GS have certain applicability in the miners’ groups; the psychological capital and the job burnout have a strong correlation between each dimension; the psychological capital of the miners Four dimensions of self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism were negatively correlated with the three dimensions of job burnout emotional exhaustion, cynicism and personal accomplishment depression. Improving miners’ psychological capital level can effectively reduce the occurrence of job burnout.
