PRDM1(positive regulatory domain 1)是一种转录抑制子,其在成熟B细胞终末分化中的作用已得到共识。
PRDM1 (positive regulatory domain 1) is a transcriptional repressor whose role in terminal differentiation of mature B cells has been agreed upon. More and more studies have found that the role of PRDM1 is not specific to B cells. It can not ignore the role of PRDM1 in maintaining the homeostasis of effector T cells, affecting T cell differentiation and embryonic development. PRDM1 gene mutation and its expression are of great significance for the occurrence and prognosis of various types of lymphoma, further research will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma. This review summarizes the function of PRDM1 gene and its role in the occurrence and development of lymphoma.
