通过引进等效耦合系数,首次考虑了具有缓变波导和复折射率耦合DFB激光器中辐射与高阶分波耦合对等效耦合系数的影响,数值计算结果表明,对实折射率耦合DFB激光器,采用线性缓变波导能获得较大的等效耦合系数的相位,对复折射率耦合DFB激光器,即使是纯损耗耦合,等效耦合系数的相位也不等于-π/2,如果实折射率耦合与损耗耦合同时存在,则在某些情况下,等效耦合系数的相位会等于零.
By introducing the equivalent coupling coefficient, the effect of the coupling between the radiation and the higher-order partial-wave coupling on the equivalent coupling coefficient of the slow waveguides and complex refractive index-coupled DFB lasers is considered for the first time. The numerical results show that for the real refractive index coupled DFB lasers, The phase of the equivalent coupling coefficient can be obtained by using a linear slow wave guide. For a complex index-coupled DFB laser, the phase of the equivalent coupling coefficient is not equal to -π / 2, even if it is a pure loss coupling. If the real refractive index coupling In conjunction with the lossy coupling, the phase of the equivalent coupling coefficient will be equal to zero in some cases.
