本文描述波导反射计的一种变型设计,其目的在于明显缩短其主线长度,此项缩短主要靠采用双联式波导定向耦合器来达到。但是必须改变常规(习用)波导反射计中两支定向耦合器的联接顺序。对这种变型反射计在扫频方式下的工作原理进行了详细的分析,得出了此系统的最大误差公式,并与常规的情形作了比较。结论是,变型反射计的测量误差与常规式的可相比拟。此项结论已由一种实验模型验证,其主波导的长度缩短了40%。此外,提出了双联式耦合器的某些设计思想。
This article describes a variant design of a waveguide reflectometer whose purpose is to significantly shorten the length of its main line. This reduction is mainly achieved by the use of dual waveguide directional couplers. However, the order of coupling of two directional couplers in a conventional (conventional) waveguide reflectometer must be changed. The working principle of the variant reflectometer in the sweep mode is analyzed in detail, and the maximum error formula of the system is obtained and compared with the conventional case. The conclusion is that the measurement error of the modified reflectometer can be compared with the conventional one. This conclusion has been verified by an experimental model that shortens the length of the main waveguide by 40%. In addition, some design ideas of dual coupler are proposed.
