水稻是重要的粮食作物,且经过长期的自然和人工驯化,形成了适应不同地域栽培的优良品种。这些品种材料中蕴藏着丰富多样的自然变异,是深入挖掘和有效利用重要农艺性状基因的重要遗传资源。全基因组关联分析是利用不同基因间的连锁不平衡进行基因型和表型的相关性分析,从而高效鉴定目标性状基因。该分析方法已成为水稻复杂性状研究的新途径。现简要阐述全基因组关联分析的发展、原理及研究流程,并对其在水稻重要农艺性状研究中的进展进行综述。
Rice is an important food crop, and after a long period of natural and artificial domestication, it has formed fine varieties adapted to cultivation in different regions. These varieties of materials are rich in a variety of natural variations, is to dig deeper and effective use of important agronomic traits of important genetic resources. Genome-wide association analysis is the use of linkage disequilibrium between different genes genotype and phenotype correlation analysis, and thus efficient identification of the target trait gene. This method has become a new approach to the study of complex traits in rice. The development, principle and research flow of genome-wide association analysis are briefly described. The progress in the study of important agronomic traits in rice is reviewed.
