模数的三次方程法提出已有多年了,有几个问题制约了该方法的使用,一是三次方程的求解方法不够简便,需要解三次方程和编程;二是原三次方程模数法的处理存在问题,需要解决。本研究提出函数法,逆向求解三次方程的问题。引入了f值,修正了原方法中冒口模数与铸件模数的比例关系。并且运用软件功能对原来依靠近似计算方法得到的数据进行更精确计算,并进行了可视化研究。
Modular cubic equation method has been proposed for many years, there are several problems that restrict the use of the method, one is the cubic equation solution method is not easy enough, need to solve the cubic equation and programming; the second is the original cubic equation modulus method There are problems that need to be solved. This study proposes the function method, the problem of inverse solving cubic equation. The value of f was introduced to correct the proportional relationship between riser modulus and casting modulus in the original method.
