我们自1986年9月以来,以厂长岗位职务培训为龙头,采取了厂长、书记脱产学、科级干部阶段学、部分营销人员函授学、特殊岗位业余学等办法,逐步展开了企业各类主要管理干部的岗位职务培训。已开办了厂长班五期、书记班三期、经营销售科长班四期、生产计划(调度)科长班、教育科长班、车间主任班等各二期,受训的干部达十个岗位538名,其中厂长、书记248名,占苏州轻工系统厂级干部总
